A collegial culture is a defining aspect of Hilliard Lyons. At Hilliard Lyons, we have the utmost respect for each individual, a value that is manifested in our daily interactions. Central to our culture is the delivery of excellent client service, and clients are so happy with the service we provide that when surveyed in 2006, 2007 and 2008, 94% of respondents said they would recommend Hilliard Lyons to a friend or family member1.

In 2009, Hilliard Lyons again won recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky, where our home office and many of our branches are located2.  The selection was based on an assessment of employee policies and procedures, as well as the results of an externally administered employee survey.
