Our SunGard Wealth Management Platform gives Financial Consultants a decisive edge in a competitive marketplace. Fully integrated with BETA, our Wealth Management Platform is highly flexible. For more traditional Advisors, it incorporates automated alert capabilities on everything from allocation deviations and portfolio value fluctuations, to time-sensitive events such as the maturing of bonds or the vesting of stock options. For those committed to a more consultative planning approach, our desktop platform provides state-of-the-art risk assessment tools as well as over 30 modules and calculators to handle various planning needs such as retirement, education funding, insurance needs and estate planning. In short, the SunGard Wealth Management Platform can help you stay up-to-date, and in sync, with your clients’ goals and resources.

We also provide our financial consultants with PriceMetrix, an incredible business performance analysis tool that greatly increases productivity.

Our vast support services equip our Financial Consultants with the ability to provide complete, holistic wealth management to their clients. These in-house services include full array of fee-based platforms; financial planning; portfolio management; trust services and estate planning; investment banking; capital markets; public finance; and lending opportunities.

Knowledge

Because Hilliard Lyons recognizes how critical it is for Financial Consultants to receive the best in professional development opportunities, Hilliard Lyons created the Chartered Wealth Advisor Program in conjunction with the Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University. We also conduct numerous conference calls weekly, monthly and quarterly to get you the best information available on developments at Hilliard Lyons and in the markets.

Compensation

The pay grid at Hilliard Lyons is among the best in the industry. Our graduated grid tops out at a 50% payout.  Additionally, Financial Advisors are eligible for annual production bonuses of between 2% and 5% based upon yearly production.

We have worked side-by-side with our Financial Consultant community to provide them with the ultimate control as to how they approach their business by developing frameworks that can be tailored to fit the ways in which individuals and teams work best. Qualified teams go through the grid one time under our “Preferred Partners” or “Net Split” programs.

Recognition clubs and titles add substance as well as prestige. Club level producers also earn expense dollars that they invest back into their businesses at their own discretion.
