Hilliard Lyons Named a 2015 Best Place to Work in THREE States

Bptw_ky_oh_in_2015 Hilliard Lyons has been named a 2015 Best Place to Work in Ohio (6th consecutive win), Indiana (6th consecutive win) and Kentucky (9th consecutive win).
Best Places to Work competitions are designed to recognize outstanding places of employment. Awards are based on companies’ workplace policies and practices, as well as an externally administered employee survey that measures the employee experience. The programs are designed to identify and recognize states’ best employers and are similar to Fortune magazine’s list of “100 Best Companies to Work for in America.”
Hundreds of Hilliard Lyons employees participated in the assessment processes by completing comprehensive surveys about their employment experience.
